ZepServ Services LLP provides doorstep services such as AC repair, refrigerator repair, and beauty/wellness services. This mobile application (ZepServ Team App) is used only by our internal technicians and service staff to manage service orders.

This app is only for internal team use. No pricing is applicable for customers through the app.

We do not collect any advance or direct payment from customers through the mobile application. Customers make payments only after the service is completed.

Payments are accepted offline through:

• UPI or QR (such as any gateway or any other UPI app)

2. Applications Covered

• ZepServ: A customer-facing app for booking and tracking appliance repair and beauty services.
• ZepServ Team: A technician-facing app for managing and completing customer service orders. Note: Certain updates, such as background location tracking during active service orders, apply exclusively to the ZepServ Team app.

3. ZepServ (Customer App) Data Collection

The ZepServ customer app collects personal information with your explicit consent to provide efficient physical repair and beauty services. No background location data is collected from customers. Note: The customer app does not involve any payment processing or gateway integration; all service charges are handled offline during the physical service visit, collected directly by technicians after service completion.

• Personal Information: Name, phone number, address, and service request details provided during booking.
• Location Data: Location data is either manually provided (e.g., address) or accessed in the foreground with your permission to facilitate technician dispatching and arrival updates. Background location data is not collected.
• API Usage: The app securely communicates with our servers to process service orders, technician assignments, and job status updates.

4. ZepServ Team (Technician App) Data Collection

The ZepServ Team app, designed for our technicians, does not collect personal information from users. Technician IDs are managed internally through our company website.

During an active service order, the app collects background location data until the order is completed to:

• Enable real-time tracking of technician location for assigned physical repair or beauty services.
• Provide accurate estimated arrival times (ETA) to customers.
• Enhance accountability and optimize service management.

Background location tracking is active only during ongoing service orders and ceases upon order completion. Technicians may disable location access via device settings after completing an order. Note: The technician app does not handle any digital payments or charge customers directly; service charges for repairs (e.g., AC, fridge) or beauty services are collected physically on-site only after the service is performed.

5. Use of Collected Data

We use your data solely to:

• Facilitate technician assignment and dispatching for physical services.
• Optimize routing and provide accurate arrival time estimates.
• Monitor service order status and performance metrics.
• Improve app functionality and user experience.

6. Pricing Information

ZepServ provides physical, on-site repair and maintenance services for home appliances (e.g., AC, fridge) and beauty segment services at fair and transparent rates through the ZepServ Team app. The following are sample service charges that start from the listed amounts and may vary depending on the appliance type, complexity, and spare parts required. All charges are collected physically by technicians during the service visit, after the service is completed—no amounts are charged directly from the app:

• AC Deep Cleaning – starting from ₹590
• AC Inspection Charge – starting from ₹354
• AC Gas Charging – starting from ₹3,250
• RO Service – starting from ₹236
• Fridge Repair – starting from ₹500 (varies by issue)
• Beauty Segment Services (e.g., Salon Visits) – starting from ₹300

Final pricing is confirmed before service begins. No digital payments are processed via the apps.

Refund Policy: There is no refund policy applicable as this is a doorstep physical service. Customers pay only after the service is completed to our service person. Any concerns regarding service quality should be raised directly with the technician or our support team at the time of service.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your data to third parties, except:

• With your explicit consent.
• To comply with legal obligations.
• With authorized service providers (e.g., cloud hosting for API data) bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our apps and services are meant for adult users. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.

9. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption for API communications and secure cloud storage, to protect your data. However, no internet-based transmission can be guaranteed as entirely secure.
