Refund and Warranty Policy

Once a service is completed and invoiced, no refunds will be issued. We provide warranty coverage for serviced components and workmanship as specified in the invoice, subject to inspection and these Terms.

  • Warranty applies solely to work performed by our technicians and excludes misuse or external damage;
  • Non-warranty repairs or issues may require additional payment;
  • Pre-service cancellations qualify for a full refund if notified at least 24 hours in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Siwan, Bihar.
